encore magazine provides information that connects ILM to southeastern NC. With our community, we cover music, film, theatre, dining, nonprofits, humanities, and happenings across the Cape Fear and North Carolina. We strive to build power among individuals with tools and resources to critically engage with media, support meaningful connections between local businesses and residents, and amplify the voices that shape our vibrant, artistic community.

As a nonprofit media group, Encore Southeast is deeply rooted in our community’s arts, history, communication, journalism, civics, and media literacy. 

 

We are the home of encore magazine and programs that uplift our community, and provide tools, knowledge, and support to thrive creatively, civically, and journalistically.
