With our community, we cover music, film, theatre, dining, nonprofits, humanities, and happenings across the Cape Fear and North Carolina. We strive to build power among individuals with tools and resources to critically engage with media, support meaningful connections between local businesses and residents, and amplify the voices that shape our vibrant, artistic community.

We are the home of encore magazine and programs that uplift our community, and provide tools, knowledge, and support to thrive creatively, civically, and journalistically.
